Vizvandelivernow.com provides fast delivery and urban mobility services, including the transport of parcels, documents, and consumer goods, as well as personal mobility solutions. Services are available exclusively in areas covered by our network, according to the terms presented on the website.
The user confirms that they have read and understood the conditions before ordering any service. Access to the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. User Rights and Obligations
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during registration and for each order. Any attempt at fraud or abusive use of the services will result in the immediate suspension of the account.
The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. In case of loss of access, the user must immediately notify the support team.
- Compliance with parcel packaging and labeling instructions.
- Full payment of fees before delivery, according to the chosen method.
- Prohibition of shipping prohibited goods (weapons, dangerous substances, illegal materials).
3. Service Provider Responsibility
Vizvandelivernow.com is responsible for delivering parcels within the estimated timeframe, except in cases of force majeure or delays caused by third parties (traffic, extreme weather conditions, strikes).
The maximum compensation value for a lost or damaged parcel is limited to the value of the delivery service, unless the user has purchased additional insurance. Insurance covers goods up to a value of 500 EUR, according to the policy available on the website.
Specific Limitations
We assume no responsibility for delays caused by incorrect contact details or the recipient's absence at the indicated address. In such cases, additional fees apply for delivery reattempts.
4. Payment and Return Conditions
Payment is made online via bank card or through the integrated payment system. All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
A refund of the service value is possible only if the delivery was not carried out due to our fault and the user notified us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days.
- Returns are not accepted for services already rendered (e.g., successful delivery).
- For monthly subscriptions, cancellation is possible 30 days before renewal.
5. Modification and Termination of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with 15 days prior notice on the website and via email. Users who do not agree with the changes may cease using the services within the notice period.
Termination of use can be initiated by either party, with 7 days notice. In case of a serious breach of terms (fraud, damage to the platform), we may suspend or close the account without notice.
